装修干货 | 施工到底分几步？第一次装修的小白快马住
第一次装修的话，在等待完工入住的时间里，工人师傅们，都在做什么呢，现在就给小白，来个全流程剧透吧
开工开工形象保护
拆除、砌墙工程。拆除墙体施工，水泥、沙、轻质砖材料进场。砌筑墙体、墙面挂钢网、批砂浆、彩色放样。地面先砌小沙砖后再进行轻质砖砌墙，有利于墙面承重。并且新老墙体交界处会进行植筋（植入钢筋）工艺处理，顶面采用小沙砖斜砌，使整面的墙体更密实，抹灰后不易开裂，密封好能减少墙体的裂缝，增加牢度。门垛砌墙，进行植入钢筋，增加稳固和耐久性，同时杜绝安全隐患
水电水电定位；水电施工；水电验收。水电施工，线管开槽。电工布置底盒，及线管。电工布置水管施工，泥工砌筑主卫的壁龛
泥工防水工程、瓷砖铺贴。空调完成，大厅贴地砖，卫生间刷防水，泥工贴卫生间墙面砖，泥工房间地面找平
木工天花制作、家私制作；背景制作。木工交底、天花龙骨制作、天花封石膏板。木工包门套、制作背景墙底板
油漆家私底漆、家私面漆；批灰打磨；乳胶漆施工。油漆材料进场，点天花防锈漆，贴网带加牛皮纸等
安装柜体安装；橱柜安装；小五金、灯具、洁具安装
整体竣工表面竣工验收；PIM验收；整体竣工验收
其实如果有个负责的设计施工团队，会超级省心，设计师会全程跟进度，确保实景落地，各个阶段也会发来施工进度图，直接拎包入住就ok啦
