缺点：
1.右上角异行折角，利用率不高，厨房餐厅采光差。
2：卫生间旁边储物间位置尴尬，空间浪费。
3：次卧，主卧窗户上面有很大一块返梁，造成空间压抑。
4：入户门直通阳台。
优点：
动线分明，房屋结构相对方正。

黄色箭头代表采光方向及位置，蓝色区域为采光不足区域
平面布置方案：
平面方案优化分析：
1.优化右上角折角区域，减小生活阳台空间增加厨房空间，通过厨房俩出入口玻璃推拉门的设计增加厨房和餐厅采光。
2：主卧和衣帽间的一体设计增加了空间的利用率。增加了储物空间
3：隔断的设计，打破了原有直通的动线，增加了生活的神秘感。风水上完美解决了。
